Heads are surface milled and then final washed. New Stainless Steel valves are backcut and valve seats are recut using mutli angle / radius cutters. All new Genuine K-LIne bronze valve guides are fitted which they are then honed to exact clearance. Whilst still in our CNC the cylinder heads are also machined for screw in studs and the spring pads are cut to suit ISKY dual with dampner springs. Heads are crack tested then ported in our 5 Axis CNC machining centre.
